Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation
Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation is an acute hospital based on the Wirral. Arrowe Park Hospital is one of two hospital sites managed by Wirral University Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, the other hospital being Clatterbridge based in Bebington. Arrowe Park hospital is the main site and provides a full range of hospital services including emergency care, critical care,a range of elective and non-elective general medicine (including elderly care) and surgery, a range of outpatient and diagnostic imaging services. Clatterbridge hospital has rehabilitation, out-patients department, renal and elective services.

We are wanting to promote that we are dementia friendly and in December 2018 we set up a Dementia Café for the local community at our premises. Wokingham Borough Libraries
Wokingham Borough Libraries provide resources and services to inspire and support learning and knowledge for all residents. We provide a wide range of books to borrow, free membership for all, free internet and computer access, DVDs CDs and audio books to hire, ebooks and emagazines, photocopying and reference facilities, newspapers and magazines, council and community information, regular events, book groups and author visits. We also offer a 24/7 service where people can renew books, place reservations and browse the catalogue online. We also have a specialist Homebound Service where staff or volunteers will take books to people who are unable to visit the library through age or infirmity.

Wolverhampton City Council
The Joint Dementia Strategy was developed by Wolverhampton City Council (COWC) and Wolverhampton Clinical Commissioning Group (WCCG). It sets out how the city will meet the objectives identified by the National Dementia Strategy. This Strategy expires in 2017. The COWC and WCCG are reviewing the current strategy, pathway and servcies to inform a new Strategy and commissioning intentions to improve awareness and outcomes throughout the pathway. We are doing this in conjunction with a number of partners, including the Royal Wolverhampton Hospital Trust, DAA members and Public Health. It is our intention that a new Strategy is ready in 2018.
