  • One to One Service

We are a small family shop so it is easy to identify customers who perhaps need a one to one service, we can take customers to products and talk them / help them through the sale.

  • Listening

Often our elderly customers just come to talk to someone. We always listen and happily join in conversations about items from the past etc.

  • Quiet, calm environment

I often turn off the radio if a customer were to find it irritating. Our shop is very peaceful and calm. We approach those who look like they'd welcome a chat and leave those who prefer their own space.
