1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Provide physical activity opportunities to those living with Dementia
We have a lot of experience delivery physical activity/sports sessions with those living with Dementia. We aim to continue to deliver this service through an Intergenerational project involving local schools and youth groups.

Work in partnership with organisations such as Active Norfolk and Norfolk County Council to develop Dementia Friendly Walks based on them meeting criteria checklist we've created.
