CDA Herts

CDA Herts is a countywide voluntary organisation that exists to bring people and communities together to solve problems, access to services, lack of voice or recognition, needing support or infrastructure to address issues, working in partnership to highlight and address needs. We have a strong rural focus, provide Village Hall Advisory Service, Affordable Housing Needs Surveys, Rural Issues Network and Loneliness Forum and we co-ordinate a Sustainability and Community Energy Network.

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We raise awareness through our activities and networks.  We are addressing rural loneliness through bringing stakeholders together to work in partnership.  We are championing DF Village Halls.
