1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We very much tailor our advice alongside as many other interested  parties as possible,  including  Family, carers, lawyers and other relevant professionals. We deliver a holistic approach to treat the client with maximum  care and dignity.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Main challenges includes  making  sure we keep our staff fully trained. Our other key challenge is to make sure we have coperation from the other parties we believe are necessary to deliver a workable solution.

We work closely with Stone King lawyers. We have recently identified an elderly client who was about to get involved with financial planning that would have potentially harmed him.
