With the team having over 50 years’ experience in the industry, the majority of which spent in and around Newmarket we are well placed to, and indeed are delivering on these promises. 1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

By displaying the dementia sticker and literature in an office which sees lots of clients we are able to keep the on-going role of the Dementia Action Alliance and indeed that of Dementia in the minds of people. Using the short video clips, we can offer further training for our staff, again, ensuring the needs of those with dementia are met.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We foresee no challenges in delivering what we have said.
