1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
It is important to us.
We want to make primary aged pupils aware.
We support the local Dementia Memory Cafe where our children visit the cafe to talk to and sing to the guests.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
To raise awareness of dementia amonug primary aged pupils.
To teach children in primary school about dementia.
To allow children to talk to people with dementia
Children from priary school to visit local memory cafe.
To sing at a dementia memory cafe
