1. Action Plan

We want to make Ealing Hospital a truly Dementia Friendly hospital. To do this we will look at three areas of our practice; people, place and process.

People - Ensuring our staff are trained to enhance their understanding and awareness on dementia

Place - making sure the hospital a dementia friendly environment

Process - consider the experience of our patients to make sure we offer the best customers service and outcomes for people living with dementia.
