1. Action Plan

Establish the Argyle Surgery as a Dementia Friendly GP surgery in Ealing. To do this we will focus on three areas of our practice; people, place and process.

People - Making sure that staff in the surgery have a good awareness and understanding of dementia through staff training and Dementia Friends sessions.

Place - Maintaining a dementia friendly environment

Process - Looking at our patience experience and refining our processes to ensure the best customers service possible for people living with dementia.
