1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As a care company we have been delivering training and awareness of dementia to all our carers since company started. Our dementia champion trains all our team and completes refresher training when required. With the knowledge and experience our carers have they daily support families and people with dementia to ensure they have a great quality of life and fulfil their daily living.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

As a company we would require time to arrange resources and this would allow us to support the organisation where required.

2. Actions
