Promote the business guide to all BID members and support individual actions taken by each business to ensure that customers and their carers living with dementia are welcomed and have the necessary provision of services.
  • Continue to fund dementia training programmes to our BID members

  • Enhance customer experience

Provide an excellent customer experience for visitors to the town centre with support for the development of dementia friendly services such as public toilets for the town centre and dementia screenings in the cinema.

Working in partnership with the Shopping centre and local authority, gain agreement for the transfer of leased premises from Orpington1st to the shopping centre to enable new facilities to be built. Fund special screenings at the Odeon Cinema and work with the local team and head office to  ensure that they become part of the monthly program.
