Camden Dementia Action Alliance

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As part of our commitment, recognised by the Care Quality Commission, to providing services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led, we aim to ensure that we are fully informed about, and sensitive to, the needs of our residents who are living with dementia; and able to access information and resources available from other members of the Alliance, for their benefit.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We do not foresee any significant barriers to implementing our actions.
