Portslade based charity offering a range of fun, educational and community based activities in the BN41 areas. Our various activities are aimed at all age ranges and backgrounds, and are free of charge. We also run a community café in Easthill Park, Portslade.

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We wish to raise awareness that people with dementia can still play an active role in society
