1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

The TIC is a central based organisation and service for visitors and local people. We are often the first point for problems relating to lost relatives , People losing their way ect and we feel as an organisation we could help.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

The Challenges is more knowledge and understanding of people suffering from Dementia and improving the whole experience.
