1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Southampton Airport would like to become a DAA member to develop and improve the service experience for our passengers affected by dementia. We will establish what actions are important through working together with local and national disability organisations, regularly reviewing our services with them and seeking customer feedback.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

None at this time.
