1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We are a local marketing agency that has a Polish magazyn which we can publish information on dementia in for our local community.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

None given.

  • Raise awareness of dementia in the Polish community

    We have placed a write up on our Polish online portal www.magazyn.co.uk

  • Display dementia friendly leaflets

    We have put up a leaflet in our office for staff and visitors to see and read.

  • Support staff who care for family

    We will support staff caring for family including letting them work flexible hours.
