1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Felixstowe Chamber is committed to making Felixstiwe a dementia Friendly Town encouraging people to live well with dementia.

    Felixstowe Chamber is committed to leading by example and will attend a dementia friends information session.

    Chair attended Dementia Information Session and completed action plan

    The Chamber will seek to encourage its membership to become dementia friendly organisations.

    The Chamber is committed to supporting its local DAA to raise awareness of dmentia friendly communtiies and will display certificates and logo where applicable.
