Nottingham North & East CCG (NHS)

Nottingham North & East Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is your local NHS – responsible for planning, buying and quality checking local NHS Services. We are GP-led, which means that any decisions made about the health care services in the Nottingham North and East area are driven by the knowledge and experience of local doctors. Our GPs work together with local patients to ensure we plan the right services for our patient population. We passionately believe in putting patients at the centre of the NHS and have lots of opportunities for patients to get involved including our: Patient and Public Involvement Committee Service User and Public Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Prevention Group Practice Patient Group’s Working Group We are one of seven Clinical Commissioning Groups in Nottinghamshire, including Nottingham City and Bassetlaw. Our CCG is made up of 20 GP practices covering a population of approximately £151,000 organised collectively to commission health services for the patient population living in Arnold, Burton Joyce, Calverton, Carlton, Colwick, Daybrook, Gedling, Giltbrook, Hucknall, Lowdham, Mapperley, Netherfield and Newthorpe.
