  • Create a dementia-friendly environment

    Progress and complete the new lounge with the involvement of a design consultant so that it has dementia friendly features, utilising the environmental checklist.

  • Dementia Friends sessions

    Begin the process of having Dementia Friends within our Church Family for our congregation, Youth Club etc.  Continue this with organisations from the wider community such as Women’s Institute, Brownies and Guides etc who use our premises.

  • Deliver activities for people living with dementia

    The ultimate aim with support and guidance would be to have activities  in the coffee lounge for people living with dementia and their carers such as ‘Singing for the Brain’, craft sessions, coffee mornings etc.
