  • Dementia Friends Awareness

    As part of Halton Borough Council's commitment to building a dementia aware workforce, from March 2020 HBC will offer quaterly Dementia Friends Awareness sessions that any HBC staff member can attend within thier normal working day.

  • Liverpool City Region Dementia Pledge

    Halton Borough Council are committed to the LCR Dementia Pledge, which consists of 10 key actions to help LCR communities raise awareness, and take action to become more dementia friendly.

  • Adult Social Care Dementia Priorities

    HBC have identified dementia related priorities for adult social care focus over the next couple of years, based on recommendations form the local dementia profile and NICE guidence. These will form part of a wider stakeholder strategic vision for Halton, currenlty under development.
