Our Felixstowe shop offers a comprehensive selection of contemporary and classic menswear, plus a superb range of shoes. We stock everything for the gentleman’s wardrobe from hats and caps, to socks and underwear. Our aim is to be a one stop location for the man who is busy, but wants to look good. Whether it is a business suit for work, or a dress suit for an evening function, we have a range of suits that will fit the bill perfectly. Should an alteration be required, we are also able to alter garments to achieve a perfect fit.

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Coes supports people living with dementia to have a sense of beloning and of being a valued member of the community.  Staff strive to be helpful and supportive helping people living with dementia to feel safe in a retail environment.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

  • Awareness

    Coes will attend Dementa Friends session and encourage all staff as a minimum to access the Dementia Friends video online.

  • Making Felixstowe Dementia Friendly

    Coes will support the local Dementia Action Alliance to have Felixstowe be recognised as a dementia friendly community by displaying (if and where) appropriate certificate, window stickers and logo on website.

  • Advocacy

    Coes will help encourage other retailers to become dementia friendly so that people living with dementia can access a wide range of retail environments in Felixstowe.
