Nick Barber Auctions

We are a family run business based in Felixstowe, Suffolk. We run a Memorabilia & Collectables shop in Hamilton Road, Felixstowe, and hold three auctions per year at The Orwell Hotel in Felixstowe. They are usually held in January, May and September of each year. We specialise in items such as Stamps, Coins, Postcards, Cigarette Cards, Die-cast, Vinyl Records, Sports Memorabilia, Hornby Railway, Vintage Toys, Militaria and other related items.

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Nick Barber Auction helps people living with dementia to feel safe and supported in the community.  Staff will be helpful and supportive.

    Nick Barber Auctions will work with the Felixstowe Dementia Action Alliance to support Felixstowe to become a dementia friendly community and encourage other retailers to attend Dementia Friends sessions and sign up to the Dementia Action Alliance.
