1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Watershed Care want to join the Dementia Action Alliance as we are among the approved care providers in Bracknell Forest and wish to improve the quality of life for our clients living with dementia.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We will review our action plan during our team meetings so that staff are aware of joining the DAA and can contribute to the wider work within Bracknell Forest.
