We will continue to provide services to people with dementia in Merton to help them live safely, securely and independently in their own homes

Raise awareness of dementia to staff
Consider the delivery of Dementia Friends information sessions to staff in order to improve understanding of the complexity of dementia and some useful tips when dealing with complex cases
- Initial Scoping
Build relationships with organisations in the borough providing services to people with dementia and their carers
Plan a visit to the Merton Dementia Hub to tell people about the services you provide to help keep them safe and remain independent.
