1. Action Plan

The practice will undertake a number of commitments to become more dementia-friendly including:

  • raising awareness amongst practice staff members by attending a dementia awareness session
  • Using the website to promote the issue of dementia and raising it’s awareness
  • improving the practice environment to make it become more dementia friendly (as per the DAA checklist)
