Wilkie May & Tuckwood depends on building good customer relationships with every customer, including those living with dementia and their carers.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

The business works across a number of different communities, all of which are at different stages in their approach to dementia awareness.
