1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Work with other partners to help/assist people living with dementia.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

  • Train staff to become Dementia Champions

    Invite in June at Barrow.

  • Awareness raising

    What we are going to do: Attend community events with stands / stalls. Promoting DAA and how people can live with dementia.
  • Host carers day

    What we are going to do: Host Stirling University carers day - 12th July.
