1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

  • Dementia Friends for staff

    Organise for Dementia Friends sessions for front of house staff

  • Raise awareness amoungst other departments

    Encourage colleagues to explore ways in which they can work with other departments to raise awarness of dementia and the Merton Dementia Action Alliance

  • Information Stand

    Organise a regular Alzheimer's Society information stand to raise awareness of dementia amoungst visitors and provide information about local support services avaliable to people living with dementia and carers in Merton.
