1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

As an organisation we are keen to do all we can to support local carers – clearly dementia is an important issue for us all but importantly it is an issue for many of the carers we support.

  • Complete Dementia Friends training

    We have already completed the Dementia Friends awareness session with our frontline staff and have a second session planned in Dementia Awareness week with our Volunteers.
