1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Lobbying locally for the inclusion of dementia care Admiral Nurses in the dementia care strategy for Northamptonshire 

Lobbying nationally for a integrated health and social care service for the UK 

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Politicians and civil servants, locally and nationally, who do not have the vision or the will to male some very tough choices in this area
