1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

By welcoming and supporting those with dementia and their carers

By making arrangements for all members to undertake Dementia Friends training/awareness raising sessions

    Arrange with AlzSoc for DF session to be delivered

  • Arrange for Priest in Charge to attend training to be a DF Champion

    Arrange for our Minister to become a DF Champion

    Use DAA's environmental checklist and take any necessary actions
