1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Raising awareness of dementia.

Involving plwd in planning.

Providing social  opportunities for plwd and their carers.

2016 - 2019 project with Brighton & Hove Age UK to develop a DAA - supporting the third sector to develop dementia freindly practice.

Keeping the organisation up-to-date with current learning.
