1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Specialising in looking after residents living with dementia. Three Dementia Champions in the home running Dementia Friends Sessions for all local people and businesses. Member of the Chamber of Commerce to promote dementia friendly environments and raise awareness.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Our team is highly motivated and trained to provide dementia care to people at all stages of their dementia journey.
