Speaking to carers and people with dementia.

Establish common and unique problems.

Marry this knowledge with professional knowledge of home security products to find solutions.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Attending a job with an undiagnosed dementia sufferer.  Will overcome this by using awareness gained to make the customer comfortable, and raise concersn with relevant contact if applicable.
