1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

At Scarborows we support the following desired outcomes:  


I know that services are designed around me and my needs – our service supports people living with dementia in every aspect of daily living.  We are committed to treating people affected by dementia with dignity and respect.


I have a sense of belonging and of being a valued part of family, community and civic life -  Scarborows are committed to supporting people affected by dementia to feel safe and supported when dealing with staff in the opticians
