1. Action Plan

Enable people living with Dementia to be a part of the church community

We are going to hold a Saturday morning drop in for people living with dementia and their carers

We will hold regular training sessions for our staff and members to be Dementia Friendly

Where possible we hope to design and layout our premises in a way that is most helpful to the needs of people living with dementia.
