1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We fully support the DAA and as a charity connecting with older people in the borough of Epsom & Ewell, Age Concern are a dementia friendly charity and support all local clients/services/businesses with any issues they may have when it comes to dementia and older people living in the borough.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

As a charity we are always aware of our sustainability when it comes to our operations both in resources/time limits and monetary ways but always do our best to support people with dementia
