We are a Lottery funded project managed by Common Cause. We work with adults with disabilities or complex needs in three outdoor settings. A community orchard, a community allotment and a care farm.

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Join Lewes Dementia Action Alliance and encourage others to do so

Raise awareness among our staff, volunteers and clients about dementia

Networking with other organisations that support people with dementia to learn more and share resources

I'm a lone worker, am part time and we we cover a lot of grounf
