Worthing Dementia Action Alliance

1. Action Plan

We have joined the local Worthing Dementia Action Alliance to be able to better serve our local community, especially people who are living with dementia, their carers, extended family and neighbours.

Through the Alliance we will liaise with like minded organisations to improve our knowledge and understanding of dementia and how it affects peoples daily lives.  We will share best practice and adopt an open and supportive environment to ensure people affected by dementia continue to feel welcomed at church and remain an active part of their community.
