1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

By joining the Alliance we can stay informed of what support exists for our People with Dementia and their carers

Making sure we have up-to-date local service information, which we will overcome by participating in a local Dementia Champions network
