1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We provide voluntary services and fundraising for charities who support those living with dementia.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

General public awareness of dementia and its effect on the individual and their family.

2. Actions

  • Join the Epping Forest District Dementia Action Allainace

    Joining EFDDAA will facilitate sharing best practice around dementia, learning about other services available locally, and raising awareness of dementia within the community.
