1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We hope to support people with dementia through our interactions with applicants and tenants in our day to day work, and we will signpost to any local services such as Alzheimer's society and Carers Leeds.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Our main challenge is consistency and this will be key in our approach. We will ensure staff are aware of the local resources available by keeping these up to date and easily accessible.
