Getting known for what we do well in the community.  Making sure that we are part of the community so that people turn to us as a first line of support and information.  Being known for being a centre of excellence in dementia care.

    Open door policy to offer help and support – on going

  • Dementia Friendly Environment and Respite Centre

    Premises reviewed and changes made including being a respite centre, including emergency admissions, for people with dementia

  • Offer dementia friendly events and facilities

    Bath service is offered to those who have been in the home on respite care.  This can be daily, every other day or weekly – whatever is required.  Weekly coffee morning being planned.
