1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
Making sure that our customers living with dementia and their families and carers are dealt with in an appropriate manner to meet their needs and keep them active in the community for as long as possible. Support any staff with dementia for as long as possible.
