1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

By providing peer support, access to like minded groups, campaigning and Information.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

Accessibility is always a huge challenge within our rural community.

A lack of transport support puts many at a great disadvantage.

    We make every effort to ensure that those who cannot come to a service then the service is taken to them.
