We provide preventative quality services activities and support that, promote opportunities, independence and choice for older people. We also influence local policy and practice, promote the contribution older people make to the community and campaign on issues affecting older people. We offer free, independent and confidential information and advice to older people, their carers, relatives and friends on a wide range of issues. They include money matters, housing, health, help in your home, transport and leisure activities. We also provide help with benefit entitlement.

We have a specialist care day centre for people with dementia or memory problems, helping them live a better quality of life.
The Day Centre service is available every week on a Monday 9-4pm.
