1. Action Plan
1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
We are a care company in the community that come across clients with dementia. We need to support families with information.
Staff will provide families with information sheets and document whether the public are using our services.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
We don't foresee any challenges to delivering our action plan as we are committed to supporting people affected by dementia.
