Care Simplified ltd

Care Simplified is an Independent Care Advice service for self-funding clients, advising them or their representatives on quality care options available in their location of choice. "Helping you make that informed care choice" is our ultimate goal. Using Care Simplified will eradicate the need for individuals or families to feel apprehensive when searching for suitable, quality, care options. We understand that finding the right services can be an overwhelming and complex time for everyone involved, not forgetting time consuming and an information overload leaving people feeling strained. Using our person centred approach ensures there is no pressure for customers to sign up for something that may not be suitable, or that they may later regret, this allows them to concentrate on the care itself rather than the search and negotiation process.

1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

Being a member of the DDA, would mean Care Simplified will be in a stronger position to find out about any relevant information and the positive impact the DDA are achieving for people living with dementia and for the people who care and support the individuals.  By attending the forums and actively volunteering I will be helping towards creating more Dementia Friendly Communities.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

2. Actions

  • To Continue to provide an Independent Care Advise Service.
