1. Action Plan
1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?
The people our work affects are not local, but through our projects and our professional networks. We will build this research into our normal research and consultation activities in the early stages of our projects.
2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?
Clients on projects relating to elderly living are aware of the issues, but clients of other projects may struggle to see the relevance. We will communicate our awareness of relevant issues with all our clients and through our networks.
