1. Action Plan

1. The National Dementia Declaration lists seven outcomes that the DAA are seeking to achieve for people with dementia and their carers. How would you describe your organisation’s role in delivering better outcomes for people with dementia and their carers?

We want to ensure that all our customers have a positive experience when they visit. That may be by changing some things that our customer services team do or by helping to provide access to information on where our customers can get support.

2. What are the challenges to delivering these outcomes from the perspective of your organisation?

We will be producing our own action plan to track what improvements we are making for a number of customer groups. Once established this will be reviewed on a quarterly basis.
